1. Preparation of the Natural Nail

Sanitise your hands and the client's hands.

Remove existing polish or gel polish from nails.

Push back the cuticles and remove non-living tissue from the nail plate.

Shape the natural nails using a 180 grit nail file.
-
Etch the nail surface gently with a 180 grit nail file to remove the natural shine.

Apply tips or forms, depending on the desired extension.
-
Remove dust with a Halo Plush Brush.
-
Dehydrate the nail using Halo Prep & Scrub.
2. Application of PoliBuild
-
Apply Halo Rubber Base Coat and cure for 30 seconds.
-
Remove any product from sidewalls or cuticles before curing.
-

Pick up the first bead of PoliBuild using the spatula end of the PoliBuild Dual Tool.
-
Dip the brush end into Liquid Control, wipe off excess.
-
Brush should be damp, not wet.
-

Pat and push the PoliBuild into the desired position on the nail.
-
Repeat steps 2–4 until the desired structure and shape is achieved.

Cure the full application under the Halo Smart Lamp for 30 seconds.
-
No need to cure each bead separately.
-

Remove the tacky layer with Halo Prep & Scrub
3. Finishing

File the nail using a 180 grit file to refine shape, surface, and length.
-
Buff the nails with the Halo Elite White Block for smoothness.
-
Remove dust thoroughly.
-
Apply Halo Gel Polish Non Wipe Top Coat.
-
Cure for 30 seconds under the lamp.
-
Let nails cool, then apply Pure Nails Cuticle Feed to nourish cuticles.
4. Removal
-
Remove top coat or gel polish, breaking the seal with a 150/150 grit file.
-
Soak nails in acetone using a soak-off bowl for 10 minutes.
-
Scrape off softened product gently.
-
Repeat soak and scrape as needed until fully removed.
-
Buff and tidy the natural nails using a Halo Elite Yellow Block and 240 grit file.
-
Finish with Cuticle Feed.
