Application of Halo Gel Polish Plus (HGP+)

Prep the nail by shaping, carrying out cuticle work, and removing any surface shine with a Halo Elite Yellow Block (220 grit). Take extra care to remove shine down the side walls and around the cuticle area.

Remove dust and surface oils by cleaning the nail plate with Halo Prep & Finish Plus.

Apply a thin layer of Halo Gel Polish Plus Base Coat, sealing the free edge.

Cure for 60 seconds in your Halo UV/LED lamp.

Scrape off excess gel from the brush on the neck of the bottle before application (Halo must be applied in thin coats).

Apply a thin layer of your chosen Halo Gel Polish Plus colour, sealing the free edge. Cure for 60 seconds.

Repeat step 6 for a second coat, again sealing the free edge. Cure for 60 seconds.

Apply your chosen Halo Plus Top Coat, sealing the free edge, and cure for 60 seconds.

Allow nails to cool for 2 minutes, then apply Halo Citrus Crush Cuticle Oil to nourish cuticles.
Removal of Halo Gel Polish Plus

Buff nail to remove the top coat with a Halo 180 Elite File.

Soak cotton wool in Pure Nails Acetone, wrap with foil, keep hands warm if necessary (or use soak off bowls).

Allow acetone to penetrate for 5–10 minutes.

Remove foil and cotton wool; slide away softened gel with Halo Gel Remover Tool. Repeat if required.

Remove any debris and fille into shape with a Halo 180 Elite File and Halo 240 Elite Buffer.
