If you choose a safe place via DPD for your Pure Nails delivery, it is NOT Pure Nails responsibility to ensure your parcel is delivered correctly. Safe places should be chosen at your own risk.
Click & Collect only applies to purchases collected from ME8 0QN. An email will be sent when your order is ready for collection - Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm - Please allow at least 48 working hours for your order to be processed (except Bank Holidays)

Rubber Base+ and FlexiBase Instructions
We understand that some users are having issues with Rubber Base+ and FlexiBase. To address this, the testing Team has been working closely with our manufacturing partner and identified the following key factors found to be causing issues:
- Clients with naturally oily nails.
- Older nail lamps that may not be curing at full power (all products are tested and developed using Pure Nails Lamps).
- Applying the base layer too thickly.
After several weeks of testing and live trials with our customer base we have the following alternative application method:
- Dry preparation only – avoid water or cuticle remover.
- Etch the nail with a 180-grit file.
- Dehydrate using Prep & Scrub, followed by Acetone to remove all oils.
- Apply Halo FlexiBase or Halo Gel Polish Plus Rubber Base by rubbing it into the nail with small back-and-forth movements, ensuring it is worked in thoroughly. Keep the product amount to a minimum.
- Cure for 120 seconds.
- Apply colour and top coat as normal.
