Summer Nights: Spritz & Bonita Update:

At Pure Nails, we hold ourselves to the highest standards, and whilst these colours underwent our usual testing and approval processes prior to launch, we have received reports from some customers experiencing fading with these shades under certain conditions.

Following discussions with our supplier, they have confirmed that the issue relates to the colour powders and raw materials used within the current formula. Neon and highly vibrant pigments can be more challenging to source consistently than standard colourants, and unfortunately, this has contributed to the performance concerns being reported.

Our testing team has been actively investigating the matter over the past week and continues to closely monitor performance. Interestingly, not all customers are experiencing the same issue, and many have reported successful wear with both shades. However, in the interest of fairness and maintaining the level of service we wish to offer our customers, we have made the decision to proactively support all affected purchases.

All customers who purchased Spritz and/or Bonita on our website will automatically receive a credit note to their account. Whilst we also work closely with our supplier, who is currently reformulating both shades to ensure they meet the standards expected of a Halo Gel Polish product. We would also like to reassure customers that there are no safety concerns associated with using Spritz or Bonita, and those who wish to continue using the shades may do so. Based on our investigations to date, any fading appears to be linked to prolonged exposure to high levels of UV light. Whilst this issue has been isolated to these specific shades, we have taken valuable learnings from the situation and are already reviewing and strengthening our product development and testing processes to further minimise the risk of similar issues occurring in future.

We sincerely apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work towards a resolution and will keep you updated as soon as further information becomes available.

If you choose a safe place via DPD for your Pure Nails delivery, it is NOT Pure Nails responsibility to ensure your parcel is delivered correctly. Safe places should be chosen at your own risk.

Click & Collect only applies to purchases collected from ME8 0QN. An email will be sent when your order is ready for collection - Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm - Please allow at least 48 working hours for your order to be processed (except Bank Holidays)

Please note: our business hours are Monday-Thursday 9-5, Friday 9-4, closed Saturday and Sunday.

Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be processed until Monday*

*This does not apply during promotional periods, i.e. following a bank holiday weekend or during the Christmas & New Year period. During these times please allow 3-5 working days for delivery due to the large amount of orders we receive.
